This effect applies scanlines to the screen along with an rgb split looped over a defined time.
Parameter
Description
Intensity
Displacement of the rgb split.
Scanlines Intensity
Opacity of the scanlines.
Speed
Time between rgb splits. More speed means lower duration in between.
Scanlines Count
Number of the scanlines to be drawn on the screen.
