This effect slices the screen into multiple rows.

Parameter	Description
Row Count	Number of rows to divide the screen into.
Angle	Angle of the rows.
Displacement	Defines how far away the sliced rows will be from their original pixel positions.
Random Seed	Randomizes the row creation seed.
